CAMP KENGUN, Japan - U.S. Army Soldier from 106th Cav. Regiment, 33rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, Illinois National Guard engages a firing target that represents an enemy force with his M-4 Carbine Rifle at Oyanohara Training Area, Japan, Sept. 12, 2019. OS 19 is a premier U.S. Army and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force bilateral field training exercise that is meant to increase interoperability by testing and refining multi-domain and cross-domain concepts.
