SAGAMIHARA, Japan - SAGAMIHARA, Japan – Pfc. Thaddeus F. Collins V, air defense battle management system operator, 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade assembles an omni directional line-of-sight antenna used to enable communication with aviation assets during a unilateral joint training exercise designed to refine systems and concepts in order to enhance tactical planning, coordination and interoperability in a multi-domain environment on Sagami General Depot, Sept. 17.
