SEA OF JAPAN - Rear Adm. Karl Thomas, Commander, Task Force 70 and Carrier Strike Group 5 observes as Capt. Russel Caldwell, left, relieves Capt. James Storm as commanding officer of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Antietam (CG 54) during a change of command ceremony. Antietam is forward deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support of security and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
