APRA HARBOR, Guam - Sailors assigned to Navy Cargo Handling Battalion (NCHB) 1, NCHB 5, and NCHB 13 maneuver a docking module for the Improved Navy Lighterage System (INLS) over the side of the Military Sealift Command maritime prepositioning force ship USNS 2nd Lt. John P. Bobo (T-AK 3008). The integration of active and reserve Navy Cargo Handling Battalions, Naval Beach Group 1, and Maritime Prepositioning Ships Squadron (MPSRON) 3 for INLS Lift on Lift Off (LOLO) increases Maritime Prepositioning Force (MPF) interoperability, proficiency and theater familiarization in support of any contingency in the Indo-Pacific.
