HONOLULU, Hawaii - (From left to right) Brig. Gen. Dennis P. LeMaster, commanding general, Regional Health Command - Pacific, Col. Mary V. Krueger, Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) incoming commander, TAMC Command Sgt. Maj. Abuoh E. Neufville, and Col. Andrew M. Barr, TAMC outgoing commander, members of the official party during a change of command ceremony, on July 10, prepare to conduct the ceremonial passing of the colors at the hospital's main entrance to signify the transfer of command authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander. With the transfer of colors, the hospital's legacy is passed as a building block for future achievement. With the transfer of the colors, goes the transfer of responsibility for the accomplishments of the unit and the welfare of its soldiers and their families.
