JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska - Service members with the Alaska National Guard's 103rd Civil Support Team and Washington National Guard's Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Task Force work alongside the U.S. Coast Guard and local agencies to assist with an oil spill in Valdez, Alaska, Feb. 23, 2018. The Guardsmen were in the area for exercise Arctic Eagle 2018 when they diverted to assist with the diesel fuel cleanup.
