PORTLAND, Oregon - Vietnam - Oregon National Guard Sgt. Jessika Lammert with the Oregon National Guard’s CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), working alongside her Vietnamese counterpart, demonstrates chemical decontamination techniques to members of Vietnam’s National Committee for Incident, Disaster Response, and Search and Rescue (VINASARCOM) during the August, 2017 Disaster Management Engagement Activity (DMEA) held in Hanoi, Vietnam. The CERFP worked alongside representatives from the U.S. Marine Corps in order to share information and tactics for chemical disaster response with their Vietnamese counterparts.
