The Final Environmental Assessment/Overseas Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for Red Hill Defueling and Fuel Relocation
Pursuant to the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other applicable regulations and guidelines, Joint Task Force Red Hill (JTF-RH) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) have completed an Environmental Assessment/Overseas Environmental Assessment (FEA/FOEA). Also, a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) has been prepared for the Red Hill Defueling and Fuel Relocation from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Honolulu, Hawaii. Based on the analysis presented in the FEA/FOEA, JTF-RH and DLA find that the proposed action will not significantly impact the quality of the human environment, therefore, an Environmental Impact Statement/Overseas Environmental Impact Statement will not be prepared.
