Nepal (Apr. 29, 2015) - A member of the U.S. Civil Military Support Element (CMSE) Nepal talks with USAID Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) Search and Rescue team from Fairfax County, VA. The CMSE arranged for the SAR team to meet with the Deputy Superintendent Police for Bhaktapur to better synchronize search and rescue efforts.
