Sgt. Brandon A. Doelle, an embark non-commissioned officer with the Command Element of the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, establishes a load plan at the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit’s command post, Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, April 17, 2019.
