KADENA AIR BASE, Japan - U.S. Air Force Airmen from Kadena AB, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, and U.S. Marines from Marine Corps Air Station Futenma participate in a mass casualty at Okuma Recreation Facility, July 15-23, 2025. The Mission Ready Airmen team assisted the Independent Duty Medical Technicians in carrying casualties to a medical treatment area for treatment of a multitude of simulated injuries like broken limbs, burns, and chest wounds.
