MARSHALL ISLANDS - Able Seaman from the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) Sea Patrol and U.S. Coast Guard members assigned to the Legend-class U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Stratton (WMSL 752) conduct a brief on Stratton’s bridge prior to a fisheries boarding in the RMI’s exclusive economic zone, July 10, 2025. The U.S. Coast Guard and the RMI have long cooperated to enhance maritime security and sovereignty in the Pacific with a focus on bilateral maritime law enforcement operations that help combat maritime trafficking and safeguard fisheries for both countries.
