MANILA, U.S. Embassy in the Philippines - U.S. Ambassador Carlson, PCG Deputy Commandant Vice Admiral Fabricante, and INL Manila Director Kelia Cummins inspect U.S.-donated maritime tactical gear and maintenance equipment for the PCG during the turnover ceremony at the PCG headquarters in Manila on August 22.
