YOKOSUKA, Japan - Rear Adm. Rick Seif, commander, Submarine Group (CSG) 7, and students of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force Intermediate Submarine Officer’s Course pose for a photo at CSG 7 on board Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Jan. 19. CSG 7 directs forward-deployed combat-capable forces across the full spectrum of undersea warfare throughout the Western Pacific, Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea.
