HONOLULU, Hawaii - Admiral Phil Davidson, commander, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, speaks to the attendees of the fifth iteration of the Pacific Amphibious Leaders Symposium (PALS) in Honolulu, June 4, 2019. PALS brings together senior leaders of allied and partnered militaries spanning the Indo-Pacific with an interest in amphibious operations, with the objective of maintaining and developing regional relationships and having a meaningful dialogue on key aspects of amphibious operations, capability development, crisis response and interoperability.
