Deputy Director, Manpower and Personnel, J10

Ms. Allison McQueen

Ms. Allison McQueen is the Executive Director of the Manpower, Personnel and Services Directorate (A1), Headquarters Air Force Global Strike Command, Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. She is responsible for developing and executing a full spectrum of military and civilian human resource management policies and programs that encompass talent management, integrated resilience, manpower, force development, readiness, strategic planning and human capital development. She leads the directorate in supporting the major command’s mission to organize, train and equip combat ready forces for nuclear deterrence and global strike operations involving more than 34,000 military and civilian professionals at two Numbered Air Forces, eight Air Force installations and nine wings that control Minuteman III ICBMs, B-1, B-2, B-52, UH-1N and nuclear command, control and communication missions in support of the U.S. National Security objectives.

Ms. McQueen previously served as a Force Support Squadron Director and a Mission Support Group Deputy Director as part of the Civilian Strategic Leadership Program. She is the Chair of the command's Pathways to Inclusion Council. As a graduated Excellence in Governmen
