Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii - Health and Humanitarian Action in Emergencies students and staff at James Cook University in Cairns, Australia, June 3, 2019. HHAE is a course developed by the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance from Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, and James Cook University’s College of Health of Public Health, Medical and Veterinary Sciences designed to improve the management of public health emergencies during a humanitarian crises.
