MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan - U.S. Air Force Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., Pacific Air Forces commander, coins Staff Sgt. David Hinojosa, a 35th Communications Squadron cyber transport technician, for his contributions during COPE Tiger 19 at Korat Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand, March 22, 2019. Hinojosa was the first Misawa Air Base Airman to successfully operate a communications fly away kit at a temporary duty location, streamlining the communication abilities of forward-deployed members.
