JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR HICKAM, Hawaii - Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro visits Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) to discuss the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program.
