Alaska Army National Guardsmen get COVID-19 vaccine

JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska - Alaska Army National Guard Spc. Alexander Martin-Frank, a combat medic with the Alaska Army National Guard Medical Detachment, administers the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine Jan. 24, 2021, to Capt. Michael Lopez, staff officer with 1st Battalion, 297th Infantry Regiment, at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. In his full-time job, Lopez is a Wasilla Police Department police officer, and he came straight from work to get the vaccine.
