Pacific Fleet commander Visits Thailand to Expand Partnership

BANGKOK, Thailand - Four of 52 decorated barges glide down the Chao Phraya River during the royal barge procession marking the end of the coronation ceremony for King Maha Vajiralongkorn, Dec. 12, 2019. Adm. John C. Aquilino, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, witnessed the procession as a guest of Adm. Luechai Rutdit, the Royal Thai Navy's commander-in-chief. Aquilino was visiting Thailand to meet with senior military officials and explore expanded partnership opportunities between the Royal Thai Navy and U.S. Navy,
