Coast Guard sets Port Heavy Weather Condition Whiskey for the Ports of Guam and Saipan

SANTA RITA, Guam - A Coast Guard boat crew aboard a 29-foot Response Boat-Small II from Station Apra Harbor conduct an on-water port assessment identifying hazards to navigation in Apra Harbor, Guam, Sept. 11, 2018. Accurate and quick port assessments are critical to quickly reopening a port after a significant storm or incident.
