YOKOSUKA, Japan - Commander Seventh Fleet Adm. Phil G. Sawyer greets Commander United States Forces Korea, Gen. Vincent K. Brooks during a visit aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC19). Brooks visited Blue Ridge to meet with Sawyer to discuss responsibilities, operations and scheduled events within the area of operations.
