YOKOTA AIR BASE, Tokyo, Japan - Capt. Jason LaPre, 36th Airlift Squadron C-130J pilot, and Capt. Hideyuki Hotsuki of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, trade patches during preparations for the Tomodachi Rescue Exercise at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Feb. 21, 2020. This is the first time Yokota participated alongside JGSDF to conduct a bilateral disaster relief exercise.
