JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska - U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Kora Ruiz, a 673d Inpatient Operations Squadron aerospace medical service technician, demonstrates the care multi-service unit Airmen provide to a simulated patient at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Dec. 6, 2019. JBER’s MSU is the largest in the Pacific Air Forces and serves military members and their families, Department of Defense, and Veteran Affairs patients by providing inpatient care for 22 beds.
