YOKOSUKA, Japan - Adm. John C. Aquilino, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet and Fleet Master Chief James Honea, fleet master chief of U.S. Pacific Fleet speak during an all-hands call for service members at the Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka Fleet Theater Jan. 23. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
