YOKOSUKA, Japan - The Los Angeles- class attack submarine USS Columbia (SSN 771) is moored at Fleet Activities Yokosuka after arriving for a port visit, May 4, 2018. U.S. Navy port visits represent an important opportunity to promote stability and security in the Indo-Pacific region, demonstrate commitment to regional partners and foster relationships.
