Bilingual stop sign showcases U.S.-Japan partnership

MISAWA CITY, Japan - Nobuhiro Izumida, left, the Misawa City Police Station Chief shakes hands with U.S. Air Force Maj. Patrick C. While practically was the main objective in installing a bilingual stop sign, it can also be described as a great gesture of acceptance by the local community.
