Sung Joon Moon, commander of the Chemical Biological Radiological Defense Command, exchange words during a Command Overview briefing at the 20th CBRNE Headquarters in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Nov. 28. During the meeting they discussed future training venues, and according to King, the meetings will help increase the effectiveness of the capabilities on both sides.
