Brenneman is a mortuary affairs specialist assigned to the 2nd Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. She is part of a specialized team deployed by DPAA in search of two service members lost in an L-19 aircraft crash in 1967.
