JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska - In this photo, U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft maintainers assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron out of Yokota Air Base Japan, observe a departing F-22 Raptor on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Aug. 14.
