WELLINGTON, New Zealand - Adm. Harry Harris, Commander, U.S. Pacific Command, lays a stone from Pearl Harbor, Hawaii at the Pukeahu National War Memorial in Wellington, New Zealand, March 5, 2018. The short ceremony, which pays respect to Papa, the Maori earth mother, was led by Taranaki Whanui’s Peter Jackson, who blessed the site and laid stones from the Taranaki region, preparing it for the construction of the U.S. monument.
