KADENA AIR BASE, Japan - U.S. Air Force Col. Gilbert Eddy, 18th Mission Support Group commander, delivers a speech to participants of a tsunami evacuation exercise Feb. 28,2018, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. Preparation is invaluable when the need to respond to a disaster arises and this sort of exercise allows people to see what would happen in a real-world situation.
