Important Information for Newcomers to HQUSPACOM:
If directed by your incoming office, complete the following two steps:

1) Incoming New User CBT Training
Complete training, print and sign the certificate. Submit to your incoming office POC, along with the below New Computer User Account OPNAV 5239/14 form. Coordinate with your incoming POC for submission instructions.

2) New Computer User Account request form OPNAV 5239/14
Download and fill out the yellow highlighted areas of this form. Submit to your incoming office POC, along with the above CBT Training. Coordinate with your incoming POC for submission instructions.

New HQ USPACOM Training Portal

The HQ USPACOM Training Portal is now available on Joint Knowledge Online (JKO).  The portal is designed as a one stop location to provide online training courses for military, civilian and contractor personnel across the headquarters. 

For Military and Government Civilians:
 
1. Go to http://jko.jfcom.mil
2. Click on "Click here to enter JKO"
3. Under New User click on "Register for DKO"
4. Click on "Create Joint Account". Follow the prompts. Approval notice on screen.
5. Once you have your account go back to http://jko.jfcom.mil and click on "Click here to enter JKO". You can use your CAC or login and password.
 
DOD Contractor:

1. Go to http://jko.jfcom.mil
2. Select "Click here to enter JKO" 
3. Under New User click on "Register for DKO".
4. Select "Create Sponsored Account". Follow the prompts.
            A. Enter "joint.training" as ARMY sponsor (type in joint.training exactly).
            B. Be sure to provide an external email address.
            C. Be sure to provide SSN to expedite account approval.
5. You will receive 2 email notifications- 1st indicating sponsor approval/disapproval of the account and 2nd indicating AKO/DKO approval/disapproval. Accounts become active with notification of AKO/DKO approval. Once your account is approved, follow instructions for login through AKO or go to http://jko.jfcom.mil and select "Click here to enter JKO."

You are now ready to access the training portal -- https://www.us.army.mil/suite/page/541252.  Login to AKO and it will automatically direct you to the Training Portal Page.
