PYEONGTAEK, Republic of Korea - Command Master Chief Chris Detje and Republic of Korea Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Jeong Do-Il hand care packages to ROK Navy sailors. Sailors assigned to Commander, Naval Forces Korea and the ROK MCPON delivered these packages from Operation Gratitude to ROK Sailors stationed in the vicinity of YeonPyeong Island to strengthen ties between the two allied nations.
