Naval Mobile Construction Battalion-3 Completes Indo-Pacific Deployment, Relieved by NMCB-4

OKINAWA, Japan - Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 and NMCB-4 stand at parade rest during a Relief in Place/Transfer of Authority ceremony at Camp Shields in Okinawa, Japan, in which NMCB-4 received authority of the camp from NMCB-3. Seabees are the expeditionary engineering and construction experts of the Naval service. They provide task-tailored, adaptable and combat-ready engineering and construction forces that deploy to support Navy objectives globally.
