U.S. Army Garrison Japan Conducts HADR Evacuation Drill with Host-nation Partners

CAMP ZAMA, Japan - Sgt. 1st Class James Murray, an incident commander assigned to the 88th Military Police Detachment, explains to members of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force their roles during a humanitarian aid and disaster relief, or HADR, evacuation drill held March 21 on Camp Zama, Japan. The exercise was a joint effort between the U.S. Army, the JGSDF and Sagamihara City.
