Indonesia-U.S.-Japan LNG Workshop Promotes Energy Partnerships in a Free and Open Indo-Pacific

Indonesia - Indonesia, the United States, and Japan convened a workshop on March 5, focused on meeting Indonesia’s growing demand for liquefied natural gas (LNG). Over 250 attendees from both the public and private sectors discussed Indonesia’s LNG growth plans and how Japanese, American, and Indonesian companies can contribute through financing and technology. Japanese and U.S. government participants also described international efforts to support energy security and promote open, transparent, and rules-based energy markets.
