Undersea Rescue Command completes submarine rescue exercise off Alaska

KETCHIKAN, Alaska - Military Sealift Command-chartered merchant vessel HOS Dominator deploys Undersea Rescue Command’s (URC) Pressurized Rescue Module (PRM) to conduct a mating with the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Texas (SSN 775) submerged in the Southeast Alaska Acoustic Measurement Facility (SEAFAC) Static Site. URC is conducting a submarine rescue exercise with Texas off the coast of Ketchikan, Alaska at SEAFAC
