US, Thailand continues to expand partnership with 24th CARAT exercise

PATTAYA, Thailand - Rear Adm. Joey Tynch, right, commander of Logistics Group Western Pacific, and Vice Adm. Rassadang Teeranet , commander-in-chief of the Royal Thai Navy, render salutes during the opening ceremony of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Thailand 2018. The CARAT exercise series, in its 24th iteration, highlights the skill and will of regional partners to cooperatively work together towards the common goal of ensuring a secure and stable maritime environment.
