YOKOSUKA, Japan - Regional Technical Services Chief Richard Henderson, from the Commander, Navy Region Japan Fire Department, and Culinary Specialist 1st Class Zachary Brown, a chief select from Port Plain, N.Y., lay a wreath at the 9/11 Memorial at Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka, following a remembrance ceremony marking the 16th anniversary of the terrorist attacks. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 26,000 military and civilian personnel.
