PACIFIC OCEAN (March 8, 206) - Ships of the Bonhomme Richard Expeditionary Strike Group and Boxer Amphibious Ready Group, along with Republic of Korea Flotilla 5, transit in formation to kick off exercise Ssang Yong 2016, the largest combined amphibious exercise of its kind to date, designed to strengthen interoperability and working relationships across a wide range of military operations from disaster relief to complex expeditionary operations.
